Solution: 40 Spaces
Answer: WELD

There isn’t a lot to go off, but there are 4 spaces that have a square rather than a rectangle. We also have given dimensions, with A and B, hinting that the precise dimensions themselves is not the most important for this puzzle. What we want to do is to assemble these spaces in some way that makes sense, and we can find that these spaces can form a 2D square.

The size of the grid, the fact that the corner tiles have varying lengths of characters, the dimensions of the pages, and the rather conspicuous GTJ at the top right of the board, all clues towards the fact that this book is actually now depicting a giant monopoly board. There are 4 pages that are color coded:
New York Avenue
Kentucky Avenue
North Carolina Avenue
Boardwalk
There are also 4 indices provided on the puzzle page, we can use those indices to index into the names of those squares to get the final answer: WELD.
